When booking an appointment, time in the day is reserved especially for you. Please understand missing or cancelling an appointment on short notice misses the opportunity to fill time with other clients waiting for an appointment, respectfully Yarrow + Sage requires 48 hours notice prior to cancellations.
While Yarrow + Sage sends out appointment reminders, it is the responsibility of the client to remember the appointment date and time. A credit card is required on file to hold your appointment time.
As service times are reserved for you personally, failure to provide proper notice of cancellation within 48 hours, or not showing up for the appointment without notice are subject to cancellation charges of up to 100% of the service cost.
Multiple missed appointments may be subject to prepaying for services and other booking restrictions.
If unwell, please reschedule your appointment. In the event of illness, cancellation policies could be waived.
We know winter in Manitoba is unpredictable at the best of times. In the event of bad weather leading to poor or risky travel conditions where I am unable to make it to the studio,you will be contacted to have your appointment rescheduled to the earliest possible time.

Life happens! If you are unable to make your appointment due to emergency please contact Yarrow + Sage as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellation fees could be waived in emergency situations.
Unopened & unused products can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Opened product containing more than 50% of the product may be exchanged for other items. Product with less than 50% remaining cannot be returned or exchanged.
Due to time and product use, no refunds are applicable on services rendered. However, I always strive to make things right. If you have any issues with services rendered, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment for any changes, touch ups and fixes.
Yarrow + Sage is committed to providing an environment free of discrimination and harassment, where all individuals are treated with respect and dignity.
Harassment and discrimination towards Yarrow + Sage staff & clients or to Studio 233 staff & clients, will not be tolerated in any form. Any clients participating in harassment or discrimination will have services cancelled and will be asked to leave.

** Yarrow + Sage acknowledges the treatment room is upstairs and may be inaccessible for some people. In such cases, please advise Yarrow + Sage prior to you appointment so accommodations can be made for you in a main level treatment room. Modifications to services or the treatment bed can be made for your comfort.
Payment is due at or before time of service. Payments can be made in cash, credit & debit, through Etransfer to hello@yarrowsage.ca or Fresha Payments
Yarrow + Sage accepts all major credit cards through Square.
Tipping
Tips are appreciated, but never required.
In fairness, we show the tips screen to every client to finish their transactions themselves, however please do not feel any pressure to leave a tip
