Full benefits of your skin treatment will be apparent in the 7 days following your Facial.
You may feel as if your skin is tight, sticky or has a tacky feeling, this is a normal reaction to the hydration of professional products and treatments and will resolve over the next 12 hours.
You may experience a slight increase in breakouts if you are acne prone after your appointment, this is normal for this skin condition.
Chemical Peels, Enzyme Treatments & Revitapen Treatments
- Avoid touching your face after your appointment
- Do not exfoliate for 3-5 days after your appointment, depending on treatment
- Stay well hydrated for the 24 hours following your appointment
- Do not pick at any congestion that has erupted post facial, apply a cold compress to the area
- Avoid heat (exercise, hot showers, hot tubs etc. for the 24 hours following treatment
- Avoid the sun for 7 days post treatment
- Apply SPF daily & reapply every 2 hours
- Apply aftercare products as required for your treatment
Full benefits of your skin treatment will be apparent in the 7-14 days following your Facial.
You may experience slight tightness or a dry feeling in the days following your Peel.
Visible flaking or sheeting may not occur.

Hair Removal
- Avoid touching the service area for 24 hours after hair removal
- Avoid the sun for 24 hours
- Apply SPF to the service area
- Do not exfoliate the area for 24-48 hours after appointment
- Avoid swimming, hot tubs and hot baths or showers for 24 hours post appointment
- Avoid tight clothes, sweating and exercising for 24 hours post appointment
- In the case of intimate area, Brazilian waxing or sugaring hair removal, avoid sex for 24 hours post appointment
- After the initial 24-28 hours, resume regular care routine of exfoliating the area 2-3x a week and daily moisturizing
- Avoid tight & synthetic clothing if prone to ingrown hairs
- If area is sore or irritated in the hours after your appointment, apply a cool compress to the area
- Do not pick any ingrown hairs
- Do not tweeze or shave hair in between appointments
Due to the hair’s natural growth cycle, appointments should be repeated every 4 weeks for the smoothest & longest lasting results.
Moisturizing daily while gently exfoliating 2-3x a week will help prevent ingrown hairs from occurring
Brow Tint, Hybrid Tint & Henna
- Avoid water & steam for at minimum the first 12 hours after application
- Avoid washing the brow area to maintain skin stain for as long as possible
- Do not scrub or exfoliate over the brow area
- Avoid the use of cosmetics in the brow area
Brow Lamination
- Avoid getting brows wet for the first 24 hours after lamination, including steam such as saunas and hot tubs
- Do not move the brows within the first 24 hours
- Avoid sleeping on the brows
- Do not apply cosmetics to the brows for the first 48 hours
- Do not rub the brows
- Style the brows daily into the desired look. This is easiest when they are wet
- Apply conditioners as needed, up to daily use
- Book maintenance shaping (Wax/Sugar) re-tint & conditioning at 4 weeks
Lash Lifts
- Avoid getting the lashes wet for 24 hours after lift, including steam such as saunas and hot tubs
- In the first 24 hours, avoid sleeping on the lashes
- In the first 24 hours avoid touching and manipulating the lashes
- Brush the lashes daily after the initial 24 hour wait period
- Apply conditioners as necessary
- Book maintenance re-tint & condition at 4 weeks
Lash Extensions
- Do not get your lashes wet and avoid steam & high temperatures (sunbeds, saunas etc.) for the first 24 hours.
- Always arrive at your appointments with squeaky clean lashes & no make-up. Oil and dirt build-up will create a barrier on natural lashes and affect retention.
- Clean your lashes daily using a soft-bristle (eye-shadow) brush and anti-bacterial foaming lash cleanser (provided) . Not doing so may cause retention issues and infections.
- Never use cotton buds, rounds or make-up wipes on your lashes as they will pull extensions out.
- Avoid oils and oily products (creams, hair products,oil-based makeup) getting on to your lashes.
- Never rub your eyes and lashes, never pick or pull them, do not sleep on your face.
- Do not keep your lashes wet for a long period of time (it will soften the bond). Gently pat dry with a soft towel
- Come back for infills (2-3 weeks) or professional removal after 3-4 weeks
